VIVO is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead the delivery of our RFCA contract, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional stakeholder engagement. Why This Role Matters As an Operations Support Manager, you will be the primary interface between stakeholders and operational teams, delivering all contractual outputs to the highest standards. Your proactive leadership and forward-thinking approach will be essential to ensuring client satisfaction and consistent achievement of key performance indicators. What You'll Need for this role : Operational Delivery: Oversee compliant, timely delivery of maintenance and response works in line with statutory and MoD requirements. Coordinate with the on-site RFCA team to ensure regional access requirements are met and compliance is maintained. Monitor and react to performance data, addressing deviations effectively to maintain contract KPIs. Support service partners in utilising the CAFM system, providing training and guidance as needed. Commercial Excellence: Manage costs and stakeholder expectations through sound commercial decisions and effective communication. Ensure adherence to VIVO procurement procedures, monitoring purchase orders and receipting. People Leadership: Motivate and lead the technical administration support team, ensuring high performance and value for money. Provide supervision, coaching, and timely assessments to enhance team effectiveness. Assist in complaint resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Safety and Compliance: Promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring accountability and best practices across teams. Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and environmental policies while adapting to changing requirements. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrable experience managing multi-faceted FM contract support teams. Expertise in estate management task delivery, KPI achievement, and performance management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in CAFM systems, Microsoft Office, and IT tools. Desirable Skills: Experience in an MoD environment. Familiarity with RFCA geography and establishments. Associate membership with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Key Competencies for Success Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and motivate teams.
