Patient Safety Project Officer (Band 5) - Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust

The post holder, working as part of a team, is required to ensure the provision and development of high-quality information in relation to incident and risk thematic analysis in order to support the development of the Trust’s risk profile.
They will participate in the analysis of data for risk areas including incidents and associated investigations/learning reviews to identify themes and trends for learning and improvement work at operational and Trust-wide level. They will take responsibility for the thematic analysis within the Patient Safety Department, that will be used to help inform the Trust’s Patient Safety Incident Response Plan, the Trust quality priorities, and aid in informing or assessing the impact of patient safety actions. The post holder will link in with other teams/care groups for the themes pertaining to their areas to aid the interpretation of the Trust’s risk profile and triangulation of themes.
