Here at UPP we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Administration Supervisor to join our team here at Reading Park.
You will be responsible for managing the Front of House Team, with focus on delivery of an efficient and customer focused service.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week ranging from 08:30 - 18:30 Monday to Friday. The salary is £29,201 per annum.
Role responsibilities include:
* To maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Act as an expert user of the “Room Service” booking system and ensure that it is used to the maximum advantage of the business and our student customers.
* Act as an expert user of Kinetics vacation booking system, ensuring it is used to its full potential by the whole team and during vacation periods for a smooth check-in of vacation residents and other summer business.
* To ensure all Standard Operating procedures are followed at all times of the year to provide a smooth move in for all customers, maintaining a consistent approach to check-in of all new student residents.
* Overseeing and managing the maintenance of accurate records of all student correspondence.
* Work closely with the RM to ensure all correspondence is sent out in line with our SLA directed time scales.
* Provide excellent customer service directly, via the Administration, and Reception in liaison with other UPP departments and the University in line with Company objectives and particular SLAs.

We are looking for you to have experience in a similar role and environment with great communication and organisation skills, along with an attention to detail and the passion to do an excellent job.
