The Role This position will be part of the Group Administration Department. Job Responsibilities Administers various administrative functions within the Singapore offices and provides necessary guidance to the overseas offices on these functions. Responsible for administering services related to physical security, verify monthly reports, investigate any discrepancies and ensure compliance with the standard operating procedures. Organise sustainability and office health and safety initiatives, provide administrative support for the Greenmark programme. Oversee the administration of the records management programme and organise corporate events. Comply with the necessary standard operating procedures and to keep them up-to-date through regular reviews and updates. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business Administration. At least 4 to 6 years of experiences in office administration. Possess good project management skills, be able to plan and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Candidates who had led sustainability programs will have an added advantage.
