Competitive salary dependant on skills & experience + up to 20% annual bonus + £6000 car allowance per annum
Reporting to: Head of BTS and Information Security
We are looking for an operational or technical professional with extensive experience. You must be able to lead and manage key functions within the company, determining strategic direction, applying best practice knowledge sharing and provide strong vision and alignment with company goals.
A Bit About The Department
Business Technology Solutions (BTS) comprises around 50 heads delivering IT Services to TFS UK, Kinto UK and other sister companies in Europe. BTS is responsible for managing all hardware and software for the TFSUK Financial services business, including the Project Portfolio/Change Pipeline and Operations. The department also manages the infrastructure for Kinto UK as well as providing Cyber Security services across the Europe & Africa Region. This role is focused on the delivery and running of the IT Services for TFSUK's Domestic Business.
What you'll be doing:
1. BTS Leadership for the Domestic Business
2. Management oversight and operational delivery for those functions, including Governance, Portfolio/Projects/Change Management, Applications/Service Delivery & Technical/Operations
3. Responsibility for management of BTS resources (People, Financial, Assets & Vendors/Partners)
4. Developing relationships with internal customers across the business and external vendors/partners
5. No two days will ever be the same and boredom doesn't exist!
6. Promote a ‘Toyota Way of Working (TWOW)' mind-set (continuous improvement) across the BTS department and in supporting other departments with their TWoW activities
7. Ensure that all staff are managed in accordance with the inclusive and collaborative culture of TFSUK
8. Support internal and external Audit activities and ensure remediation actions are addressed effectively and to agreed timelines
9. Adherence to Sarbanes Oxley, UK GDPR, FCA Guidance and Rules, ISO27001, and others as required

Key Experience & Skills:
1. 10+ years' experience in Senior Technology/IT Position
2. Financial Services background
3. Track record of leading Change Delivery covering all aspects of oversight and governance including change frameworks, system implementations and operations
4. Strong Leadership Skills
5. Ability to develop potential and shape Teams to maximise Business delivery
6. Ability to translate Business Information into effective IT Plans and vice versa
7. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks across multiple stakeholders and functions
8. Track Record managing Third Party providers/partners
Desirable:
1. Prince 2 or similar
2. ITIL qualification
3. Experience of managing some of the following IT Functions (Service Desk, Technical or Infrastructure, Project Delivery)
4. Sarbanes Oxley, GDPR, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials
5. Financial Management (Budgets & Cost Control)
6. Information Security OR Cyber Security

For this role we will follow a two stage interview process, the first being an interview with the hiring Manager/s and HR on MS Teams and/or Face to Face to ensure you have the best experience. The 2nd stage will be an Assessment Centre (approx. 4 hours) involving:

* Presentation Activity
* Role play
* Structured interview with x2 GMs or Directors
