Business Administrator
Full time 40.5 hours a week in Kidderminster
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Temporary for approx. 12 months with the potential to become permanent
Pay rate: £12.00 per hour with weekly pay

We are looking for an administrator who is available in February to join our well-established client in Kidderminster on a temp basis with the potential to become permanent. This role involves providing administration to the Business Support team.
Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, dealing with customer enquiries and following through where required.
* Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner and provide refreshments when appropriate.
* Proactively assist with the smooth running of the department.
* Placing stock orders onto systems.
* Provide delivery/collection notes while controlling and booking UK deliveries and collections, liaising with the customer and Production Manager regarding deliveries/collections of orders to site.
* Updating transport costs in systems.
* Commercial administration including updating customer price lists and distributing to the required personnel.
* Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format.
* Checking invoices and approving them ready for payment.
Provide cover for other Business functions during absence, when required:
* Provide cover for goods inward/booking in of stock.
* Manage/maintain goods in dashboard (not limited to chasing deliveries & notes, contacting suppliers and liaising with purchasing).
* Cross-reference invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes ensuring both are uploaded to the system.
* Data entry for the accounts payable invoices to the in-house system.
* Understand account statements and liaise with accounts regarding overdue payments/accounts.
* Operate internal Business Management System (BMS) and assist in further development and improvement of the system. (Full training will be provided).
