Our legal principle consultant is looking to bring someone experienced to his team to give full autonomy over the Benelux region. Where you will have the opportunity to work in a less saturated market, have full autonomy and eventually manage your own team. Being an executive search company you will be working with higher fees and by extension higher reward.

What we are looking for:
* 3 years experience within the legal market as a 360 recruiter
* Demonstrate experience within the European or the US market
* Demonstrated success in client relationship management
* Experienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking events
* Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to succeed
* Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
* Effective time management and organizational skills
