As a Stock Auditor in our FLS Maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve a 98% stock accuracy for our own break-fix parts. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring full transparency and accountability for customer-owned estates, making a direct impact on both operational success and customer satisfaction. This unique role combines hands-on work with cutting-edge tools, and were committed to providing you with full onsite training to ensure your success.
What youll do
Achieve 98% stock accuracy through consistent, measured cycle counts of break-fix parts within FLS Maintenance
Ensure full transparency and accountability for customer-owned estates by tracking assets and serial numbers via SAP and conducting physical audits
Work with industry-standard tools including SAP, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to streamline and enhance your work
Collaborate closely with your team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with both your immediate team and extended teams
Be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, where your efforts contribute directly to achieving 100% accuracy for certain customers assets
What youll need
Proven experience working in a warehouse environment is essential
Physical activity is a key component of the role, including working at heights, so a good level of physical fitness is required
Inventory experience is beneficial, although not essential
Confidence in Excel & Microsoft Teams is required for daily tasks and communication
Experience with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory; we offer full training
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks accurately and efficiently
Ability to understand the financial implications of stock discrepancies, both losses and gains
