Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the EC&I Manager, you will be responsible for:
Establish yourself as the primary expert on control systems within the company, gaining knowledge of various systems.
Identify and resolve the root causes of equipment failures to prevent recurring issues.
Create and maintain records, documentation, and logs detailing system performance, faults, repairs, and tests.
Analyse log file data to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Support EC&I Technicians and Engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting control system-related issues.
Report any observed issues or concerns at the plant while on-site.
Be open to frequent travel across the UK and occasional international trips when required.
