Job Overview
CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to support clients in Europe and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for global clients.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
* Manage relationships with external outsourced payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
* Ownership of system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practices.
* Client relationship management up to CHRO and HR Director.
* Commission and bonus calculations.
* Advise on technical payroll requirements, e.g., benefits and statutory payments.
* Assist Finance team with all payroll reporting requirements.
* Work with HR team to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
* Ensure payroll governance and variance control are effectively managed.
