In this key role, you will be part of a team that ensures the smooth operation of critical computer systems and networks, resolving any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, identifying and triaging incidents and problems, updating the Service Desk management tool, and proactively monitoring server performance using event management systems and other tools.
The successful candidate will have experience working on a Service Desk, relevant ITIL qualifications, and excellent analytical skills. They will also be able to identify and progress improvement opportunities, learn new bespoke systems and applications, and demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
