We have an exciting opportunity here in Rochdale where we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Practitioner with expertise working with Children with Disabilities in our needs led service. As practitioner you will be responsible for providing high-quality support, advice, and intervention to children, young people, and their families who are affected by disabilities. This is a unique and rewarding position that offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the outcomes for our children and young people in Rochdale with disabilities.
