What will you get up to?
* Plan and deliver the internal communications strategy alongside the Operations team to ensure a clear and consistent message across the group at all levels.
* Manage and improve the internal comms platform and report back using data and feedback.
* Improve and exceed employee experience and deliver consistent tone of voice across any internal or external comms.
* Work closely with the Talent team to deliver an inviting and warm EVP, delivering activations and brand content.
