Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the development of customised products from initial concept to final print, ensuring all stages run smoothly and on time. Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to create personalised designs that meet client specifications. Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for proof approvals, keeping clients informed and forwarding materials promptly to production. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Service Management team to drive efficient project execution and exceptional client satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities: Uphold excellence in all customer service processes. Represent the company professionally, promoting a positive and reliable image. Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Support other business areas as needed and take on additional tasks as directed by management. Qualifications: o At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
