* Proven experience in service management within scientific, medical devices, or related industries.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Track record of leading change, implementing measurable improvements, and driving team success.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
* Minimum 5 years of regional experience within EMEA.
* Deep understanding of service practices across Northern Europe.
