Resourcing Advisor / 12 month FTC / £28K-£30K DOE
Exciting news! Due to the opening of our new depot in Hemel Hempstead this year, we are looking for additional Resourcing Advisors to join our in-house resourcing team on a fixed term contract basis. Supporting the Supply Chain and Operations business area, youll deliver excellence in the recruitment process across our warehouse and distribution network, with a particular focus on high volume vacancies. You will sift & screen applications quickly and efficiently, liaise with hiring managers to ensure candidates are booked in for interviews in a timely manner and communicate outcomes effectively, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
This is a home-based role working MondayFriday, 39 hours per week, however there is a requirement for you to occasionally support recruitment at various sites across the UK, (which may include an overnight stay) so a full driving licence and your own transport is essential, with any travel being re-claimed via expenses. You will also be expected to attend ad hoc in person team meetings, workshops & internal conferences.
To be successful in this role, you will have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and must have experience managing a high volume of candidate applications within a Logistics, Manufacturing or FMCG organisation. A self-motivator, your organisational skills will be second to none and youll be process driven, with the ability to manage your workload, prioritise and re-prioritise effectively to support multiple vacancies and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
You will have an eye for detail and have experience using ATS systems to effectively manage the candidate journey, always ensuring accuracy in data. Youll be a strong communicator and will be able to build rapport and effective working relationships quickly. Youll be committed to delivering an excellent service to candidates and hiring managers alike and thrive working in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment.
