Leading by example to maximise our guest & team experience is at the heart of this role – through your leadership, our aim is to have a highly skilled & motivated team that in turn, offers our guests a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure that all of our guests receive excellent food & drink, quality & efficient service standards and in a warm & friendly environment. Drive a culture of learning & development across your front of house team to better enhance the guest experience and our team’s job satisfaction scores. Conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews, focussing on our team is a priority to ensure they are well supported and motivated in their roles. Working efficiently and supporting your team, keeping a close eye on ticket times, food and drink quality and overall guest experience, resolving any complaints, and offering support and guidance to the team when required. Ensuring both yourself and your team has a full understanding of our menu so you can confidently make recommendations and answer any guests’ questions. Leading from the front, building a strong and successful partnership with your Assistant Restaurant Manager to together create a positive and engaged front of house team. Growing your restaurant team and inspiring our next generation of leaders through having a pro-active approach to their development and career progression. Who are we looking for? A positive and energetic person, driven to consistently provide a 'WOW' service for all our guests. Somebody who naturally aligns with our values, which are to be warm & friendly and genuinely ’guest-obsessed’. An experienced restaurant manager, who enjoys working in a high volume, fast paced environment. Somebody who shares our passion for Chilled Pubs and is genuinely excited to be part of our team. Somebody with a flexible approach to work, this isn’t a typical 9-5 role, and both evening and weekend work will be required. What’s in it for you?
