We have a great new opportunity for a Rental Coordinator to join our fantastic Accommodation and Modular business unit based at our facility in East Tullos, Aberdeen. The role will be offered on a full time permanent basis.
Main purpose of role:
The candidate will be required to process all rental orders for containers and other equipment right from receipt from customer, order confirmation, organising appropriate inspection / repair, to delivery and then preparation of accurate invoicing on completion of rental or interim invoicing for ongoing and longer-term contracts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Controlling and accurately documenting all ad hoc hires of company equipment (containers) using the Company’s approved computerised systems (InspHire system) and following the approved company procedures.
•Dealing with customers daily as a first point of contact and passing queries on to the relevant person or dealing with the query themselves if competent.
•Maintain daily stock checks of the Centurion Accommodation and Modular fleet of containers and equipment to ensure stocks are accurate at all times.
•Co-ordinate the movements for Centurion Accommodation and Modular Contract units
•Preparation of Hire reporting and submission to Manager so forecasts and reports can be submitted to management.
•Ensure that all cross hiring & recording of all equipment and container movements from 3rd party companies is accurately recorded and reported.
•Arranges 3rd party inspection for units out with Centurion Accommodation and Modular as instructed and as per approved company procedures.
•Preparing and uploading test certificates daily onto the Centurion Accommodation and Modular website to ensure that these are readily available to all clients as and when required.
•Raising Purchasing Orders as requested and as per approved company procedures.
•Act as an ambassador for safety demonstrating safe behaviours

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Offshore Industry, particularly shipping requirements.
