We’re seeking a tenacious and enthusiastic Creative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing ideas to life.
About the Role
As a Creative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting divisional Editors and content teams across all channels. This is a fast-paced and multifaceted role that combines creativity, coordination, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external brands to help bring editorial visions to life. From sourcing products to coordinating photoshoots and managing digital assets, no two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities:
• Staying ahead of trends by contributing fresh ideas, attending buyer meetings, and keeping abreast of campaigns, new launches, and seasonal moments.
• Supporting photoshoots by sourcing products and props, managing schedules, and assisting on set with styling and logistics.
• Managing content plans, schedules, and priority lists; coordinate diaries; and ensure approvals and image uploads run smoothly.
• Writing copy, create mood boards and styling grids, and assist in crafting visual narratives for shoots.
• Handling product call-ins, manage returns, track shipments, and oversee product prep and security for on-set activities.
About You
You thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment and have a proactive, "can-do" attitude. You’re highly organised with an eye for detail and bring enthusiasm to every task, no matter how big or small. Your passion for the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries drives you to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional work. You will also have:
• A flair for styling and content creation.
• The ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, brands, and external PR agencies.
• Prior experience in a magazine or publishing environment.
• Prior exposure to managing fashion cupboards and the returns process.
