About the opportunity Lead the coordination and improvement of service delivery processes across Campus Management operations. Oversee and enhance the Maximo "Super User Group," driving improvements to work management systems and IT solutions for better user experiences. Foster collaboration across diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service delivery excellence and system future-proofing. About you A relevant tertiary qualification in Leadership and Management (or equivalent competency) and substantial managerial experience. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster growth and development among team members. Proficiency in systems like Maximo, with a solid understanding of work order management software, Authority to Work, and Rapid Global processes. Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proven relationship-building abilities across professional and academic fields.
