Band 2 - Outpatient Receptionist: 37.5 hrs/week – Monday to Friday - 8.45am to 5pm (45mins lunchbreak) An exciting opportunity is now available within our Stratford Outpatients services, based at Stratford Health Centre. You will be part of a small dedicated admin team, supporting the Adult Community Mental Health Services with delivering clinical out-patient and home treatment care to the local South Warwickshire communities. This post is fixed term for 12 months to support the current post holder with a development opportunity. We’re looking for applicants ideally with previous admin/reception experience to join our current admin team in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers, supporting the growing demand for provision of care within adult mental health services. We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.
