Junior Recruitment Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Cerco.

About the Role:
The main purpose of the role is to facilitate the smooth operation of our Projects team, initially supporting the team with their workload, whilst gradually developing your own portfolio of accounts.
Duties will include:
* Provide support to our existing recruitment teams in regards to their current accounts.
* Liaising with our engineers; checking availability and capabilities for roles, booking engineers onto schedules and ensuring the engineers receive all of the correct details (address, start time, date, pay etc) prior to attending site.
* Develop relationships with our existing/new employment partners to ensure growth of opportunities and to secure lasting relationships.
* Providing accurate information to our payroll department each week confirming weekly works and the engineer schedules.
* Managing incoming calls and responding to emails appropriately.
* Recruiting new talent to join our in-house training program, as per the needs of your team.
About You:
This role would be suitable for a recent graduate or college leaver, who is looking to take their first steps towards a meaningful career in recruitment.
* Some previous experience of recruitment/general administration would be welcome but full training will be provided.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to prioritise.
* Good Office 365 skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Able to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
* Excellent communication skills.
Details:
* This is a full-time, permanent position, Mon-Thurs, 0900 – 1715 & Fri 0900 - 1400.
* 20 days annual leave rising to 25 days after 5 years plus bank holidays.
