Job summary To provide an effective and efficient business focused administration and support service within the Speech and Language Therapy Team; working collaboratively with managers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of all office based systems and to resolve or refer problems as necessary in North and East locality or Central and North West locality. Main duties of the job Take responsibility for a range of administrative duties which will include interrogation of databases, RiO (Patient Management System) and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
