You’ll play a key role in installing, managing, maintaining, and supporting all Abri’s IT systems, ensuring they run smoothly and securely. You’ll provide expert support and guidance to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and efficient.
We're looking for someone who has a wide range of knowledge including Microsoft Windows server technologies, Office365, Azure, VMware, enterprise storage, good networking knowledge, and AVD, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. If you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role, you may still have what it takes!
Our team specializes in the IT infrastructure for the business, offering proactive support to ensure the maintenance and security of hardware, networks, and systems. We also seamlessly execute technical projects for the business.
You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues, while the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing, whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe, or at home.
As part of our proactive approach in the team, we like to do some early morning checks as part of a rota. On those weeks, we’d need you to start at 07:30, but you also get to finish early too! (This can be discussed at the interview stage.)
