About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join our team at MiHomecare Limited. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and ensuring that our service users receive the highest quality care.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
You will also be responsible for compliance with quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications
What You Need
You will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our range of services.
You will also need good budget, business management, and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
