Job Description
As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in collecting and analysing data to enhance the patient and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring, auditing, and surveying key areas of service performance, ensuring that health & safety, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate recording, administration, and reporting of compliance-related information, supporting ISS's commitment to excellence.
This role offers a dynamic and detail-oriented opportunity to contribute to service improvements and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct monitoring, audits, and surveys across Catering, Cleaning, and Waste services using technology where appropriate.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and service users.
* Manage and evaluate objectives and targets set by the Performance Manager.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
* Achieve and improve service delivery targets and KPIs.
* Gather, assess, and organise information for decision-making.
* Maintain a safe and compliant working environment following legislation and company policies.
* Produce accurate reports within deadlines.
* Promote and develop company services.
* Regularly meet with management, supervisory, and operative teams.
* Always act professionally and represent the company positively.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Food safety level 3 (bonus, training provided)
* Auditing experience (preferably in healthcare)
* Experience in administration processes
* Experience with quality control systems
* Experience with NHS National Standards of Cleanliness 2021 (desirable)
* Experience with H&S/Food Safety systems (desirable)
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
* Good numeracy and literacy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Professional communication
* Effective workload management
* Problem-solving and mitigation skills
