We are currently partnered with a leading, regional contractor who are expanding their Health & Safety team with a SHE Manager. You'll be joining an already thriving team, covering the Midlands region and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities of the SHE Manager:
Auditing of SHE standards and compliant working practices across live projects
Act as a SHEQ Advisor for the safe completion of live construction projects
Support internal training courses, e.g. asbestos awareness as may be confirmed.
Keep up to date with health, safety & environmental legislation and maintain current standards
Accident investigation across all live projects and production of initial report with full detail
Development of new toolbox talks, "Red Top Alert and Blue Top" best practice information sheets and liaise with stakeholders
