The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
* Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months

* Quarterly bonus for achieving target, with full earning potential in year one of £45k

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
* Sitting in on client briefs and understanding your clients offering/requirements for candidates
* Mapping the financial markets and knowing the best individuals for your clients
* Creating long and short lists of suitable talent for your clients
* Approaching passive candidates and pitching new roles for them
* Creating reports on trends throughout application processes, and reporting back to your team
* Creating salary reviews for your clients and candidates
* Supporting your manager throughout application processes
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
* 2:1 degree from university in any discipline
* Evidence of hard work and excellence (e.g., academia, sports, work, etc.)
* Great problem-solving skills
* Motivated to build a successful career
* Confidence speaking with high-level decision makers
