Supplier Management Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Supplier Management Coordinator to join our client's Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in either French or Italian, along with a passion for building and fostering relationships with suppliers. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services through effective supplier management practices.
This role is working Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm, plus occasional extended hours to meet company deadlines.
As the Supplier Management Coordinator, you will…
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve overall efficiency and quality
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supplier management
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in French or Italian is required
Excellent customer service skills
Ideally have worked in a similar background to Logistics
Proven experience in building and fostering relationships with suppliers
Occasional travel to suppliers' sites, as and when required
