We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Process Improvement & Best Practices Manager (Conventional Trust) to join our Operational Change team. This role is located in Manchester, UK, and will work a Hybrid schedule (4 days per week in-office required). You'll make an impact in the following ways: Acceptance Testing Expertise Oversee and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within the Conventional Debt domain. Accountability for the planning and management of the delivery of the UAT. Identify and manage cross project dependencies. Support and contribute to the UAT Estimation process Guide and coach UAT team, whilst implementing new strategies and ensure group continues to evolve. Operational Readiness Support and co-ordinate all operational activities, in preparation for the adoption of any new process and/or software in Operations. Post deployment triaging of defects and/or enhancements. Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals. Translate new or reduced operational processes into clear and concise descriptions for required risk assessments. Collaboration and Communication Act as a liaison between Operations and project teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams during the development and implementation phases. Lead a small team through various programs or transformations, ensuring all are aware of key milestones, issues and so forth. To be successful, we're seeking interest in the follow areas: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Testing qualifications are desired e.g. ISTQB. 7 years of total work experience strongly preferred. Operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred.
