Job Title: Paid Media Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Altrincham office 3 days per week, 2 days remote)
Introduction:
We're growing fast at Digital Rewards Group, and we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a passion for performance marketing. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you'll manage and optimise campaigns across our paid media channels to drive acquisition and engagement for our leading consumer products – including Kids Pass, Days Out, and Global Hotel Pass.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
* Write compelling ad copy, build creative briefs, and collaborate with design to develop engaging visuals.
* Continuously analyse performance and refine audience targeting, budget allocation, creative assets, and messaging.
* Leverage GA4 and attribution tools to monitor KPIs, conversion funnels, and user behaviour.
* Work closely with CRM, retention, partnerships, design, dev, and product teams to align strategy and maximise impact.
* Experiment with new channels, formats, and audiences to uncover growth opportunities.
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years' experience in a hands-on paid media role, managing acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
* Google Ads and Meta certifications a strong plus.
* Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and performance.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, test-and-learn environment.
* Passionate about data, creative experimentation, and continuous improvement.
