You will join an established team, supporting the collaboratives and working closely with many of the Trusts corporate teams. Main duties of the job Main duties of the job You will be responsible for ensuring that all managers, clinicians and senior nurses within the Directorates and Collaboratives have access to accurate and reliable quality, safety, clinical effectiveness and risk data to inform the delivery of the highest standards of clinical care and patient experience. You will lead and support staff, patients and their relatives through our just culture and human factors approach, to patient safety and incident investigations in order that we can ensure the patients voice is heard when we are celebrating our successes and collectively learning when we need to. You will support on risk management and ensure the systems of internal control within the Directorates and Collaboratives are effective. A key part of the role will be to accurately analyse data to support evidence based solutions to improve patient care and oversee the necessary actions required to evidence our improvement journey. Undertaking this role will be both rewarding and challenging, requiring excellent analytical, interpersonal and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of colleagues in a variety of settings.
