Job Description
* Developing and implementing effective production plans.
* Maintaining and updating production schedules in line with demand.
* Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
* Monitoring production processes and making necessary adjustments for efficiency.
* Working closely with the supply chain team to mitigate any potential production disruptions.
* Reviewing and approving supplier invoices for payment.
* Preparing and presenting production reports to the management team.
* Ensuring compliance with all company and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Planner should have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using planning software and tools.
* A proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
