What you’ll be responsible for:
You’ll be a strategic partner to the business not just filling roles but shaping the future workforce. Your focus will be on:
* Developing and owning hiring strategies across two corporate business areas.
* Leading on workforce planning and partnering with senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs.
* Driving internal talent mobility and ensuring the best talent is leveraged across the organisation.
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
* Using data and insights to influence hiring decisions and support organisational growth.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and ways of working in talent acquisition.
