Product Administrator - What will I be doing?
As a Product Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing essential data that supports internal teams and external partners. Your role entails ensuring the seamless integration of product information into the organisation's exclusive reservations system.
* Extract and transfer data from source documents within specified timeframes.
* Develop and review commercial rate agreements, contract loading documents, and validate contracts entered by colleagues for precision.
* Maintain accurate product information within the reservations system
* Update product details within the organisation's internal Product Manuals.
* Conduct thorough reviews of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or escalating issues for resolution.
* Provide initial support to reservations system users, adeptly troubleshooting and communicating solutions.
