As a Product Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing essential data that supports internal teams and external partners. Your role entails ensuring the seamless integration of product information into the organisation's exclusive reservations system. Extract and transfer data from source documents within specified timeframes. Develop and review commercial rate agreements, contract loading documents, and validate contracts entered by colleagues for precision. Maintain accurate product information within the reservations system Update product details within the organisation's internal Product Manuals. Conduct thorough reviews of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or escalating issues for resolution. Provide initial support to reservations system users, adeptly troubleshooting and communicating solutions. Assist the finance department in addressing invoicing queries. Take ownership of refining processes and procedures within the role's scope, striving for enhanced operational efficiency. Product Administrator - What experieince do I need?
