About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Specialist to join our Dispute Resolution Department based in Kingsbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for Solicitors or Legal Executives with 1-5 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) looking to develop their skills and knowledge in litigation within the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve disputes through effective communication and negotiation.
* Conduct research and analysis to inform case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the department.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge and experience of litigation within the UK.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
