Sales Manager - FMCG Sector

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Commission
Are you a driven and experienced Sales Manager looking to join a multi-award-winning leader in the e-liquid production industry? My client are one of the world's leading international e-liquid producers, and they are looking for an exceptional individual to join the team and help drive continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Convenience division in achieving profit and loss targets by guiding the team to meet sales and profitability objectives.
* Develop and track promotional strategies to drive incremental sales and increase distribution points.
* Manage and support a large external sales team, ensuring efficient achievement of daily and weekly sales targets.
* Assist in creating and implementing growth strategies that align with company goals, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
* Enhance customer offerings by promoting up-selling, cross-selling, and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific needs.
* Provide regular sales performance updates, maintain sales pipelines, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate with internal teams, including buying, marketing, finance, and merchandising, to ensure alignment of product offerings and strategies.
* Ensure consistent, professional representation of the brand across B2B channels.
* Actively contribute to commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects aimed at driving business growth.
* Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in professionalism, behaviour, and adherence to company values.
You:
* Proven experience managing teams within FMCG, Convenience, or Retail sectors
* Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of business operations
* Experience in supporting and implementing change management programmes
* Expertise in retail category management and its impact on sales
* A results-driven approach with the ability to think strategically and make decisive business choices
* Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational skills
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
