What you’ll do:
1. Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.
2. Plan menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
3. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
4. Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard.
What you bring:
1. Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 year of experience in hands-on cooking.
2. Experience in menu planning and production.
3. Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking.

£12.00 Per Hour
35 hours per week
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 14:30
Term Time Only
Full uniform supplied
Full training provided
Meals whilst on shift
Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
