If so, the Calisen Group have the perfect opportunity for you As a Customer Service Advisor in our Data Services team, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls to obtain meter readings and book customer appointments. Manage and coordinate customer appointments by liaising with different internal departments. Generate emails and perform administrative tasks using internal systems. Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries. Deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards. Support other departments as required to meet the needs of the contact centre. What We’re Looking For GCSE-level education (including English and Maths) or equivalent. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A team player with the ability to work independently. Customer service experience (face-to-face or over the phone). Previous experience in a contact centre environment, especially within the utilities industry. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs. Please note: All successful candidates must pass a basic criminal record check, prove their eligibility to work in the UK, and provide suitable references for the past 5 years. This is a temporary role, until the end of May 2025, with the potential to be extended after a review towards the end of the fixed term contract.
