The Role: Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Analyst
As a key member of the support team, you will assist customers by diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage incoming support requests via phone, email, and portal, ensuring all necessary details are accurately logged.
✅ Diagnose, analyze, and resolve Business Central issues using available resources and
documentation.
✅ Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
✅ Ensure all support cases are handled within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
✅ Managing 15-20 tickets daily
About You
You are passionate about problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service. With a background in Business Central consulting or support, you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy helping businesses optimize their systems.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 1 year experience working for an end user as a Super Key User or Microsoft Partner currently working as First Line Support Consultant
* Proven experience in support, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and manage escalations professionally.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
