Salary: £24,674 to £36,250 per annum (Dependant on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.
As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience.
Requirements
Must-Have:
1. A relevant degree in Sport, Public Services, or a related field.
2. Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain one.
3. Industry experience in sport, uniformed services, or a related sector.
4. Strong communication and organisational skills.
5. Passion for education and learner success.
6. Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
7. Knowledge of current industry trends and requirements.
Nice-to-Have:
1. Experience in delivering BTEC, NCFE, or similar qualifications.
2. Experience working in Further or Higher Education.
3. Coaching or leadership qualifications.
