Accounts Receivable Administrator - About The Role
As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all admin tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner. This is a high-volume processing role which requires accuracy and the ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
1. Raise all invoices and pro forma's for fulfilled orders, ensuring they are sent to customers on a timely basis.
2. Access portals for electronic invoicing to customers.
3. Circulate mid and end of month statements and send to customers on a timely basis to maximise cash collection.
4. Customer accounts to be set up on the system and file data.
5. Log and allocate cash postings onto the accounting system.
6. Raise marketing invoices accurately.
7. Answer customer and internal queries.
8. Liaise with staff, suppliers, auditors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
The successful Accounts Receivable Administrator will have/be:
1. Administration experience.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
6. Ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
