About the People We Support
We support an active young gentleman in his early twenties who loves:
Physical activities and long, challenging, countryside walks
Enjoys time independently to binge-watching YouTube videos and have his support team available when he requires them
He is autistic, has a learning disability, and needs our support to live his life independently in his own home and to maintain his safety. Your role will include providing emotional reassurance and ensuring a level of safety during moments of distress, with full positive behaviour support training provided. Previous experience is preferred. A full UK driving licence for manual vehicles is essential for this role.

What Will You Be Doing?
Empowering Independenc e: Support him to live his life how he chooses, be himself, and achieve his personal goals.
Daily Support : Assist with medication administration, budgeting, and prompting with meal prep, cooking, cleaning, laundry and identifying opportunities for accessing the community with a wide range of activities.
Behavioural Suppor t: Working in partnership with the PBS teams, including community teams and nurses
Shift Patterns
Long Day Sleep-In Shifts: 9am - 9:15am the following day (includes £45 sleep over shift)
Day Shifts: Varies, depending on need. As a second member of support to access the wider community.
Sleep-Ins: 11pm - 8am (Paid to Sleep)
We're looking for people with flexibility across weekdays and weekends. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance, which we're very passionate about!
