About the role:
As the Customer Service representative, your job will be to help us talk to our customers. This will be done via email, live chat and telephone. You will help manage issues, track performance and solve problems that our customers might have and make sure they are happy with our service and overall experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Meeting customer service satisfaction targets
* Support customer service policies and procedures
* Continually review and refine the customer service conversation scripts and process flows to optimise the customer experience
* Ensure that all records of conversations/communications are correctly recorded
Skills/Experienced required:
* Previous experience in a customer support role
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferably ZenDesk)
