Role Responsibilities:
* Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities across the Benelux region.
* Drive significant margin growth with both new and existing clients.
* Provide insights on market trends and adjust strategies to align with client needs.
* Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and tender processes.
* Work with partners to increase product distribution across the region.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in sales or key account management within the telecommunications or critical communications industry.
* Strong understanding of critical communications technologies, including DMR, TETRA, LTE, and PoC.
* Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to forecast sales and identify new opportunities.
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French language skills are highly desirable.
* Resilient, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Package/Benefits:
* Salary: Up to €80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
* On-target earnings (OTE) with uncapped commission potential.
* Monthly car allowance.
* Remote working with regular client-based travel (2–3 days per week).
