If you love problem-solving, experimenting with game mechanics, and bringing ideas to life, keep reading What you’ll be doing You’ll work alongside experienced developers, designers, and artists to: Develop and implement game features using Unity (C#) and Unreal Engine (C++) Work on VR and iOS projects, optimising performance and gameplay mechanics Collaborate with the creative and engineering teams to bring ideas to life Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth, immersive gameplay experiences Assist in prototyping new game mechanics and features Follow best practices in coding, optimisation, and game performance What we’re looking for Must-haves: ✅ A strong interest in game development and production ✅ Basic knowledge of C# (Unity) and/or C++ (Unreal Engine) ✅ Understanding of game mechanics, UI, physics, and AI ✅ A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail ✅ Ability to work in an agile, collaborative team and take feedback constructively Nice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers): ⭐ Experience with VR (Meta Quest, Vision OS) and/or iOS development ⭐ Familiarity with multiplayer networking (Photon Fusion, Unreal Replication) ⭐ Basic knowledge of shaders, VFX, or procedural content generation ⭐ Understanding of lightbaking in Unity and optimising lighting for performance What’s in it for you?
