We are seeking an experienced Leasehold Scheme Administrator to join our team, covering one of our leasehold schemes in South Manchester.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of leasehold property management and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the day-to-day operations of the property, including rent collection and payment
* Respond to resident queries and resolve any issues that may arise
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the property
Requirements:
* Experience in leasehold property management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
