Group Financial Controller Hybrid – 3 days in the office £140,000 - £150,000 Bonus We are working with a listed organisation in their search for Group Financial Controller role. This role is key to the management of the group consolidations and reporting team in the UK and overseas at key sites. Key Responsibilities Ownership of the Financial Reporting across the group including management of consolidation and key closing dates Continuous review of group accounting policies in line with IFRS People management including training and professional development of the three teams across reporting, compliance and consolidation Work closely with stakeholders in preparing data for sustainability reporting Ensure that systems and controls are fit for purpose and continually reviews Preparation and presentation of Audit committee materials Support corporate finance teams in strategic activities and mergers and acquisitions Management and review of local corporate statutory account filings Must have requirements 10 years PQE experience qualified within a recognised accounting practice Working knowledge within a listed group/PLC finance department Working experience within Energy, Mining, Construction with overseas teams is required Strong people management experience directly and indirectly Open to travel a key points in year
