This is a rewarding position where you will be first port of call for employees within the business, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service. This hybrid role will include:
* Support Managers through a variety of employee relations issues
* Advising, coaching, and guiding Managers through the full employee lifecycle
* Ensure Managers are aware of policies and processes, signposting relevant information
* Organising all aspects of the family-friendly processes for staff including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience of working in Human Resources in HR Advisor positions or Employee Relations Advisor role
2. Experience and knowledge of UK Employment law
3. Experience handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.
4. CIPD qualified preferred but not essential with
