Are you an experienced Application Support Specialist looking for your next challenge in the insurance domain? We’re seeking a proactive and skilled professional to provide technical support for the Acturis platform at a global insurance business based in Towcester.
About the Role
This hands-on position involves delivering expert technical support for key business systems, primarily Acturis. While user administration is part of the role, we’re looking for someone who can go beyond that—diving deep into technical configurations, ensuring seamless operations, and driving system improvements. You’ll also collaborate closely with other teams and interact with end-users to resolve support issues effectively.
Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of experience in technical or business systems support roles.
* Strong knowledge of the Acturis platform, including configuration and customisation.
* Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving system performance.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for end-users and stakeholders.
* Understanding of third-party integration tools Acturis connects with, such as policy administration systems, CRM tools, and payment gateways (desirable).
* Insurance domain knowledge (desirable).
